All transactions are subject to UK law
We use PayPal, which accepts all major cards. Payment is taken in £ (GBP) and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. This means we take no financial information from you and it’s security is managed by PayPal.
We aim to ship items that are in stock within 1-2 working days of receiving the order and cleared payment. Various shipping methods are offered during checkout with details on expected shipping times. As we get bigger we will aim to speed up shipping. Until then please bear with us.
All items are shipped from the UK.
Taxes, Duties & Other Costs
All taxes, duties and other costs incurred with importing our product into your country are your responsibility and SolderSplash Labs Ltd will not be held liable for them. If you refuse to pay your countries duty/tax and the item is returned all costs incurred by us are debited from the sale amount before refund.
As we are a new company we are not/don’t have to be VAT registered, meaning we do not charge you VAT on our products and we pay it on our purchases.
Can I buy your stuff in my country?
Currently we don’t have any distributors, if you are interested in becoming one please contact us to discuss it.
Support for our products will be available via our forums, we will assist where we can. Please be aware we don’t have the ability to provide direct support to you for writing your own applications and will only commit to support issues with using our products with our software.
But please post to the forums and see if someone can help, we will obviously try to help where ever we can.
Refunds and Returns
All of our items undergo complete functional testing to ensure they are operating as required. In the unlikely event of a product not working we will do our best to replace it as long as the return conditions are met.
- All returns must first be authorised by contacting us at – shop @ soldersplash.co.uk – where by you will be assigned an RMA number. Returns with out a number will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Due to the nature of electronics, components can be easily damaged through misuse. So for this reason returns that have been soldered to, firmware reflashed updated or show obvious signs of miss use will be rejected. Unwanted items or items damaged on arrival may be returned, please contact shop @ soldersplash.co.uk before doing so to request your RMA number.
- Returns are only accepted if sent back in their original condition with all accessories.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us or returning working items to you.
